If you change your mind, you may return unused, non-personalised items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving them for a refund. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. Please contact us before returning anything so we can guide you through it.
Because personalised and made-to-order items are created especially for you, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Please double-check all spellings, names and dates before ordering — we make each piece exactly as entered.
Due to their nature, digital download products are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. If you have trouble downloading your file, please contact us and we'll put it right.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with your order reference and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as we can.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
