How and when your order arrives
We offer standard UK delivery on all orders. Standard delivery is £4.50, and delivery is free on all orders over £50.00.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days. Handmade and personalised items may take a little longer, as each is made to order with care — we'll always let you know if anything is likely to take extra time.
Digital items are delivered instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll receive a download link on the confirmation page and by email — no postage, no waiting. Download links are valid for 30 days.
You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. If you have any questions about delivery, please get in touch with your order reference (it starts with MC-).
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas. We're a small business and always do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
