Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days. Handmade and personalised items may take a little longer, as each is made to order. Digital downloads are delivered instantly by email.
Yes — UK delivery is free on all orders over £50.00. Below that, standard UK delivery is £4.50.
Many of our items can be personalised with names, dates or special messages. Look for the personalisation box on the product page and enter your details before adding to your cart. Please double-check spellings — we make each piece exactly as entered.
Digital downloads are files you can print at home — no postage required. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll receive a download link on screen and by email. Links are valid for 30 days.
As personalised and made-to-order items are created especially for you, they can't be returned unless faulty. Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days in their original condition. See our Returns page for full details.
